Wellbeing Hub

Born in response to 2020’s COVID-19 crisis, the Wellbeing Hub is designed to meet you where you are—and to help you deal with whatever is challenging you right now. Delivered alongside the Bully Zero Foundation, the Coach Wellbeing Hub is a place to connect—no matter where you fit in the life of your organisation. Here you can hear our coaches sharing short (around 3-minute) coaching tips via the Video Coach tabs, download related practical tips, share your feelings and perspectives in thought-provoking surveys, and access our booking schedule to register for a Zoom Group Session led by our coaches.  

This site has a simple structure—sharing content on seven topics which represent to an extent the journey of change that we are all, in our own ways, on: Coping, Cooperating, Communicating, Connecting, Caring, Collaborating and Creating. 

You will find a range of short videos from members of our Coach team and colleagues from around the world, including BullyZero’s Workplace Bullying Prevention Manager Tahli Hilton. The messages they share draw on contemporary neuroscience and their diverse corporate and leadership experience.  

Please feel free to browse, select any topics that sound interesting or relevant to you, and to book a Zoom Group Session or two, or three!

For those participating in our Zoom Group Session, we will recommend certain videos for you to view beforehand. 

The site is easy to use. The first tab takes you to an introductory message from our Coach CEO Leanne Drew-McKain. From there, just browse through the tabs as you would like to. You’ll see there are some tabs with coaching videos for leaders.  

You’ll also see the survey as you work through, which allows you to reflect on wellbeing points relevant to us all, and share your tips, insights and experiences, all anonymously of course.
