About Josephine

Josephine is a leadership development specialist and certified professional coach, with over 15 years of corporate experience within Australia and Europe.

Josephine’s warm and insightful coaching approach is backed by a strong bedrock of executive coaching and senior leadership experience. She spent 12 years in management and leadership roles specialising in customer service, account management, project management, and strategic change and portfolio management, before becoming an expert coach and mentor to corporate leaders and teams.

Josephine’s work is grounded in academic and industry research as well as first-hand experience of the challenges and opportunities faced by leaders today. She has coached more than 1000 clients since 2015, at all levels of leadership development. Through the lens of coaching and psycho-education, Josephine empowers her clients to build habits that lead to long-term behavioural change and dynamic leadership.

Josephine holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science, Bachelor of International Business, and Graduate Diploma in Indonesian Language.

She has a Diploma of Project Management and is a certified MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) Practitioner.
